Hello. I was patroling in the city and one man was driving very fast. Then I follow him and he "flying" over the rails to Area. I switch on sirenes and he dont stop! Then I follow him after 5 minutes and in end he fall in water. Then is it normal? He is REALLY Not Rp'er. Screenshots:

Well the not stoping thing was RP, because they dont have to stop if they dont want to... ? As teh ''fuck off'' thing, he deserves a jail for 10 or more minutes, i will take care of it. And also lets wait for Jacks response
