Phsycal needs

hi, This is a idea based on a real life thing.
If people use drugs , Drink alot they become addicted too it. And if they don't use it for a while they become tired, sick and so on. Why not do this on the server it's abit like Singleplayer : You need food or you die.

But here do like : Drugs if you use it sometimes you will need more and more. Because now drug dealers hardly get a job. and if they don't use they lose hp slowly each 15 min or something a small piece of hp goes away.

Drinking : If people drink beer alot they will become addicted and if they don't drink they lose hp slowly each 15 min or something a small piece of hp goes away.
