More space for words in OOC chat
How we know, GF source is made in SAMP version 1.0 not in 2.0.0 where you can write on two lines in one chat. So it is better do more space for saying, because [64] is (very) old and takes too more times do /ooc twice or three times.

Edit is very easy, look at this: Find command /ooc >> find new result[64]; >> the number edit on higher number. That's all.

Driving without license
That suggestion is good (I think). When player without license will use a car he can drive anywhere but when police stops him he can be checked for driving without a license and from this idea police can full use /showlicenses.

We'll do the OOC chat thingy i guess.
