New Gang System.

Hi, I was playing MTA-RP. when I thought too check out the gang system.
I was amazed of it. People can make a gang by starting getting a house that will be used as a HQ it needs pay with money. Then you need to buy cars for the gang. and then the gang needs to do a trial for 1 month too show the activity, purpose, RP style before it can become official gang.

I thought why not put this in 1 simple way on this server : want a gang? Buy a house, buy some cars, get people that want to join you. Do a simple trial and then let admins discuss if gang is worth it.

Good Idea BUT we already dont have enough players on the server i think it is better to keep this suggestion for when we have like 50+ players on the server everyday
but it is still a great udea
