Admin /aduty

Ok admins cant RP and do Admin work at the same time so i thought for a admin duty command (/aduty) if an admin does that a message will apear
"Admin Mike_Ferrari is now on-duty" that would make the admin OOC bussines and u can only talk to him with /w or /b or /o
Also like this admins wont lose HP so that they dont get shot by a hacker or so
And also dont get complaints about admin abuse and admin non rp etc.
