Kristian is telling Marco to "fuck off" - Offensive language.
Marco is speaking in a foreign language - Agaisnt the rules

Kristian should recieve a 24 hour ban for the OOC insult.
Marco should recieve a 36 hour ban for speaking foreign language publicly, and an OOC insult.
