That insult didn't do you any good, but I know the stress.

If Horratio can give proof that you did hack, then theres no chance in hell that you'll be unbanned.
If he doesn't give any proof, and you do give proof, theres a chance that you could be given a second chance.
Maybe Horratio typed the wrong ID?

Well, Horratio should have told him to type "/charity <amount of hacked money here>" shouldn't he?

If it's a hack that can't be resolved without a ban, then ofcourse, you ban them. But, if you can resolve it with In-Game commands, then you should do that FIRST.
