Stupid Government units?

I don't know what is better than stupid so I said stupid.

What I want say? Once in history was big bank robbery and I saw in this action we have the worst government units what I ever seen. They're doing what they want. I said 3 times go away from them and every in a few minutes got again call from suspects:"Say them stop following us". Is that normal? And on end. Suspects wanted one million at old NG base. I said:"All Units 11-98 SFPD HQ". They came, good. I said them about it and they had wait on my signal (wave) to attack. When I came there. I went from my car and whole Gov came. What I can say on that? I sent them back where they were. No they were very near. Whole time I saw them. They was staying, walking on ship. Then when I gave them money they took them and escaped on two boats. Very nice job government...

I will stop play. Sorry but I don't need every day destroy nerves by your unreliability and call me when we will have professional government unit.
BTW: I got a idea: We can do big government training where we can try learn us be a bit professional and be like team.

And a question to Alex: WTF you can have 3 or 6 millions when you're 4 level?

And we need to establish a hierarchy of commanders and chiefs. It is all very unorganized and stuff at the moment.

I think it should be PD and FBI, NG is quite pointless atm, its just ''eating'' people and it is useless... I totally agree
