Complaint against the FC-PD [OOC]

(( Hello. I'm quite annoyed now, for a number of reasons!
Theres too many Police officers! Theres about 3 civilians now, 7 gang members, and the rest of the server Army/PD. It's no fun!
If we kidnap someone, it wouldn't be fun, basically, all the server will come. Yeah yeah, you've said "cadets won't come", but the truth is, they probably will! Also, there won't be any people to join my faction! (Nuestra/Vagos) They're all in the PD!
Today, I was being chased by the PD on my bike, and I was avoiding them because I had materials and I didn't want to go to jail because of it. When I was being chased, there were 3 Cruisers on my trail, all filled with 2 Officers each. There was also a chopper on my tail.
What I'm trying to say is that it's no fun, and it's unfair on the gangs because of the amounts of officers.
How to solve the issue?: Remove some of the officers! It would be so much easier, and more fun!
Hopefully this will be resolved. ))

I kinda agree, We hired to many. If we had like 50 players everyday it would be ok.

I also agree, maybe we could make changes: "this is not a cadet work, that is only cadet and not officer work etc."
