Second complaint about officers in the PD [OOC]

Alright, so theres been 2 cops this morning CAMPING outside and inside our Flats where we spawn. I've been driving in and out of the HQ, waiting for one of my Vagos members to exit the house, so I can pick him up quickly and safely. Though, another one of my members crashed, Jason Mavrick, logged back in, and straight away the cops cuffed him. Tony Montana and Ryan White have been camping at our HQ for atleast 30 minutes now, it's 100% Non-RP.
Proof: Jason Mavrick, Derk Haze, Mike Lamborghini (Or something), Tacho (Whatever his lastname is)
Theres also something about Powergame, but thats non in the PD.
