Passports and Toll Suggestions

What if we make a sort of Passports that say that the spawn city is the only city you could stay in untill you get a accept/passport by the major and we could make a group in PD that are Guards at the Bridge...

To make it more rp why don't add a Toll or something and a way to take illegal stuff over the two city lines in a boat or a fly For example... And if you got a patrol that make sure that noone passes the Line

Guarding the board = NG job, you can show your passports by using /showpassport ID.

Also... I think non-RPers will never accept to stay in Dillimore (if they chose that city) where we usually don't see a lot of people

To Cajack: Yea i know but if the only place you could get drugs was Dillimore then more people will go there and some gangs have HQ there

You get drugs west of FC.

It would be cool with a toll in the two cities.. And it also make it more RP
