/forcecuff - Tool to put suspect in the back of your cruiser. Forcecuffdg0

* Mitchell_Bouwman grabs the suspect at his cuffs.
* Mitchell_Bouwman opens the car-door and pulls the suspect cuffed in.
He will see: ''You are cuffed in the car, you cant go out or steal a car till you are uncuffed''

Ehmm, That is already in the script? you can use it already with /forcecuff ID SEATnumber
